Missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are literal representatives of Jesus Christ. As such, they are expected to dress in “professional, conservative clothing that is consistent with your sacred calling and that will clearly identify you as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,” according to the dress and grooming guidelines set by the Church.
